Administrative Assistant

Kaitlyn is Faylen’s right hand woman! She has been in real estate since 2014 and offers extensive knowledge in marketing, graphic design and social media. She has a creative eye and hands on approach which elevates Faylen’s listings to the next level. She assists in many other aspects such as client relations, print/internet advertising and other administrative duties.

In Kaitlyn’s spare time you will find her enjoying coffee, spending time with her husband and 2 girls, or exploring the great outdoors of Lake County.

Melissa Frey

Transaction Coordinator

Melissa has been in the real estate industry for nearly a decade! Her expertise is in the details and she thrives in her role as Transaction Coordinator. She entered real estate in the REO/ Bankruptcy Era of 2012 and worked with two of the highest producing teams her first years in real estate, assisting in closing over 600 transactions. In 2015 she stepped up and got her real estate license, becoming a more extensive support for her team and clients! Melissa looks forward to assisting Faylen’s clients in facilitating seamless and smooth transactions, resulting in an enjoyable experience for all.
